Welcome And Some Background - 2006/05/22 13:13
A little bit of history of the site. The URL was registered on 3-29-2006 and the site opened soon after. It is run by my wife Pelu (Ingrid) who writes most the material you read and myself Sundown6 (Philip) I do most to the tech work on the site.
A little about each area of the site...
Home –
Your basic splash screen. With a little about the site and a link to the newest site news. Along with the newest poll.
Critical Writings -
Introductions of papers that my wife has written for school that we may to try to get published or full text to some of the shorter items. Some of there papers are well over 100 pages. You my mail us and request the full text of any or them and if you give us a good reason we may even give it to you.
Blog -
Random thoughts and or beliefs that my wife has. (hint some of there may be typed out a little more extreme then what she believes in order to 1. get you to think about them 2. get you to talk about them in the forums or just as comments. They are her feelings just worded a little stronger.)
Forums -
Where you can come to talk about anything. Is there is not a place for it now let me know and I will make one. I'd like this to be a main point of the site at some point but it takes you the users to make that happen.
Reviews -
Movie and book reviews. My wife and I are big movie fans and we will try to review as often as we can. (mostly her but I may toss in a user review now and then.) you can also leave reviews for movies as well.
Gallery -
Just some photos that we take when we are out.
Store -
Some stuff with the website logo on it to help pay the bills of the site and help get the word out there.
Live chat -
A place where you can go as users to talk live with us or other users. We may have some live events there at some point.
Guest Book -
Just a place for you to say hi and let us know how you like the site (any spam will be deleted)

links to some cool sites. You may also request that we add your site there.

About Us -
Just some basic background on my wife and at some point myself.
At this point in the sites early life we are tiring to build the sites user base and get as much content on the site as we can with both of our very busy lives. We are going to try our best to get one new item a week or on average of that up. What I need your help to do is to tell as many others of the site as you can. I will also need your help to get the forums up and running. Finally any comments or suggestions about the site.
